Receive and refind your travel itinerary

Once we have assessed your initial preferences and requirements, our travel consultant will promptly create a preliminary itinerary and provide you with an estimated cost. This will give you a clearer understanding of your trip and allow for further customization. We have established a guideline to complete this step within 12 to 24 hours and ensure that we respond to our clients as quickly as possible.

During this stage, we will collaborate closely with you to refine and adjust your itinerary. We acknowledge that schedules, ideas, and preferences may change, so we are flexible in accommodating any modifications. Whether it takes a few days or several months, our team is always available to cater to your needs. The conclusion of this step is when we can present you with the final agreed-upon itinerary and the final cost estimate.

Perfect, I want to book this!

Once you’re happy with the plan and say “Yes” to book, we shall require a 30% deposit and completion of the “client’s information form” sent via email. Upon receiving both of these we will confirm all reservations included in your itinerary. If you are traveling in less than 45 days prior to the departure date, full payment will be required.

Receive your Final Travel Documents and Xin Chao! Welcome to Vietnam!

Upon completing your full payment, you will receive your travel documents, which will contain the day-by-day activity of your upcoming trip presented in a PDF file that you can easily print out and bring along the trip. Our travel consultant also sends you some trip notes or “before you go” suggestions which are very helpful to the destination you travel to.

As you begin your adventure, you can have peace of mind knowing that we thoroughly review all arrangements 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure that everything is well-prepared. Throughout your journey, our travel consultant, along with the tour guide and driver, are available to assist you beyond the agreed itinerary. The travel consultant will reach out to you via phone or text every 2 or 3 days to ensure your well-being and ensure that you are enjoying your trip to the fullest. It is our core value and mission to ensure that you enter as a client and leave as a dear friend, a genuine friend.
