When you arrive at Noi Bai airport, you will be greeted by our guide and driver and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi (45 minutes). Check-in and have a restful overnight stay at the hotel.

The full-day tour takes you around Hanoi’s highlight sites, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his stilt house, the Presidential Palace, and the One Pillar Pagoda.

You also have a chance to visit the historic university, The Temple of Literature, which dates back to the 11th century, and learn about Buddhist practices in a serene lakeside pagoda. Visit the famous Ethnology Museum.

Back to the Old Quarter to walk through the narrow streets that were famous for their specialized craft-making guilds; the guild streets are named for their product or location and still bear such names nowadays, and then join in a unique water puppet show that features the Viet folklore and culture. After breakfast at your hotel, drive to Pu Luong Nature Reserve. The drive is about 4–5 hours, with stops en route for refreshment. You arrive at your accommodation & check-in.

In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely walk to get close to village life and interact with locals living in the neighborhood. A glimpse at daily life, a walk around working farmland and rice fields, and get to know more about the local culture.

Today, our guide will take you on a trekking route that suits your fitness, from an easy walk to a challenging trek.

Pu Luong offers the scenic landscape of the steep slopes of the mountains & valleys, covered with terraced rice, and dotted with small settlements of wooden houses on stilts where local Thai ethnics have lived from generation to generation.  

The terraced rice fields during or after the harvest season are beautiful. The walk will be through rice fields and villages, with stops at local families to learn about their traditions or simply enjoy the panoramic view. 

Later afternoon, transfer back to your resort.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cham River, where you begin your walk in search of stunning water wheels. Get up close to each wheel and discover how water is moved from rivers to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions of all sizes.

Plan your travel so that you can have a chance to attend the colorful Pho Doan Market, which is scheduled every Sunday and Thursday. 

You will then set the drive for Ninh Binh. Check-in your resort and relax.

Our first visit today is to Dinh & Le Temples, dedicated to the two kings Dinh & Le, who ruled in the 10th century.

Continue to Trang An, the place of special geological characteristics and historical sites from the early times of Vietnam. Going through hundreds of years under the effects of nature, limestone mountains and caves having various shapes of stalactite inside have become the main scene of this area. Covering these limestone mountains are tropical forests with a diversity of flora and fauna, which bring fresh air and breathtaking landscapes to Trang An. The area is best explored by rowing a boat. Lunch is at a local restaurant.

Next, transfer to Mua Cave. Known as “Hang Mua” or “Mua Cave”, the destination has been one of the favorites of those visiting Ninh Binh. After conquering 500 stone steps to the peak, you will be given a great viewpoint to admire the stunning panoramic view of Tam Coc.

Transfer back to your resort & relax.

After breakfast, at around 8:00 am, we will pick you up to embark on a journey to the mesmerizing Halong Bay. 

On arrival, you are welcomed on board and served a mouth-watering lunch while cruising through the bay. Depending on which cruise you choose, the detailed itinerary will include a visit to a karst cave, kayaking (an extra option on most of the boats; some boats have kayaking included), swimming in crystal water, enjoying the landscape, or relaxing on the sundeck.

The day will end with a sumptuous dinner on board, and you will spend the night under the starry sky.

Wake up on the bay to the sounds of waves, fresh air, and a breeze. A brand new day comes. Following breakfast, you can discover a breathtaking limestone grotto before returning to the boat for a scenic cruise back to the dock.

Your boat will arrive at the harbor by 11:30 am, and your driver will be waiting to take you to the airport to take a flight to Hue. Arrive in Hue, meet our guide and driver, then depart to the hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Start our sightseeing today at Thien Mu Pagoda to visit one of the most ancient and historic Buddhist places. From here, board a dragon boat to cruise the Perfume River to Imperial City. Visit the charms of The Citadel in this former Imperial City with many well-preserved royal monuments in Hue.

Exit the Citadel from Hoa Binh Gate and take a walk through the streets, along Tinh Tam Lake, along the branch of the Huong River, and stop at Dong Ba Market, the biggest local market in Hue. Visiting a local market is the best way to learn about local life, habits, and a piece of local culture. 

In the afternoon, visit the royal tomb Tu Duc, constructed in 1864–1867, which includes 50 architectural works whose name started by “KHIEM”. We will then take a 10-minute drive to Thuy Xuan conical hat village to visit a local family who produces the traditional hat and incent.

You can see many photos taken with creative decorations from colorful incense sticks made by people here. Return to your hotel for refreshments and head out again for a royal-style dinner to show off the nice and sophisticated cuisine of Hue. Overnight at your hotel.

Followed by the ancient citadel is an ancient town, Hoi An. After a rewarding drive through the scenic Ocean Clouds Mountain Pass (Hai Van Pass) with a stop at Cham Museum and Marble Mountain in Da Nang, you will arrive at the well-known Hoi An ancient town. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant, then check-in at the hotel and leisure time.

In the afternoon, we take a walking tour into the Old Quarter to visit the Chinese Embassy Halls, Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda & Tan Ky House. Early evening will be free time for shopping or relaxing. Overnight in Hoi An.

After breakfast, you take the half-day private tour to My Son – the sanctuary of Cham culture. You will walk into the ruins of ancient My Son holy land to recall the Champa people’s glory days dating from the 4th to the 13th century.

Afternoon, balance your leisure time between lounging at the beach, happily emptying your wallet while browsing the world of handicrafts and souvenirs that Hoian has to offer, or simply strolling along the riverside to get a feel for the olden days of the busy Faifo merchant port. Overnight in Hoi An.

Transfer to the airport for a short afternoon flight to Da Lat – the most romantic and European-style city in Vietnam. On arrival, transfer and check in to your hotel.

Today, at around 8.30 am, our guide and driver will take you out for a city tour, including the famed Truc Lam Thien Vien Temple, Bao Dai’s villa, which is a base for the last Emperor on his many hunting expeditions to the surrounding hills, the old train station, the aged old cathedral, and Da Lat’s bustling market, packed with produce such as locally grown flowers and fruits.

The rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight in Dalat.

Late morning, our driver will come and pick you up for a ride to Nha Trang. The drive is scenic, with splendid views and the natural landscape. After about a 3-hour drive, reach Nha Trang & check-in your hotel.

Today’s morning, we drive to the outskirts of the city to Cu Chi and witness the tremendous work done by V.C. and guerrilla fighters during the Vietnam War and the complicated network of tunnels that remains to these days.

Back to the city center and tour all the hot spots, including the Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, and the provocative War Remnants Museum; browse for some souvenirs at the bustling BenThanh market; or stroll along the ancient Rue Cardinal (now Dong Khoi Street) to see how fascinating and extraordinary the city’s life and lights seem not to stop until midnight.

We will meet in the lobby of the hotel, then transfer to Cai Be town. It takes us around 2.5 hours to drive, then we arrive at Cai Be and board our boat. Welcome drink, introduction to the ship, and crew to serve you are ready to check you into the cabins. Lunch is served while en route.

The cruise ships into the canal, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of river traffic, between markets and churches, a unique opportunity for a glimpse of the very varied life on the banks as well as on the water. Visit a village on the banks of the river for an opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the local inhabitants while visiting their orchards or rice fields nearby.

Back on board and rest on the deck, enjoying the sunset. Dinner is served on the boat. The ship sets anchor just downstream

We may get up for breakfast as early as 6:30 am. The ship then departs towards Can Tho. Arrive at Cai Rang floating market, transfer onto a local boat to navigate through and visit the floating market, the nearby arroyos, and gardens, and return to the Ninh Kieu pier.

By mid-morning, the boat trip will end on shore at Can Tho, where your driver will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City. Check in our hotel and relax.
