Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

We start the walking tour by visiting Hoi An Old Streets through the picturesque streets of this 16th-century trading port, where the buildings remind us of its Chinese, Japanese, French, and Vietnamese architectural styles.
